We met in Cardiff and formed Last Partisan in 2003, playing our first
gig at The Engine Rooms in early 2004. We recorded two demos in a basement,
then one at Stir Studios.
We play "perfect, short sharp punk songs" (Gary Twisted in
the Western Mail) or "infectious, grimy tunes" (Quench Magazine
live review) depending on who you talk to.
Our song 'Obsession' has been played on Adam Walton's Radio Wales show,
and also appears on the Twisted by Design compilation 'This town aint
big enough for the 22 of us'.
We've played some awesome sweaty gigs with Space in the 50s, Shooting
at Unarmed Men, legendary punks The Lurkers, Gindrinker, The Dead School
and our good friends Kutosis.
We run a punk night at Buffalo Bar called Wet Speech? where we like to make
friends and drink whisky.
We are Adam, Drew, and James.
